In application of the provisions of article 22, paragraph 22.1 of the Rules of Operation of the market for certificates of release to consumption of biofuels regarding the communication obligations for participants, please note that, also in order to guarantee the correct and continuous trading and registration activities within the market platform, participants are required to promptly notify GME of changes in company data resulting from an extraordinary corporate operation - such as, by way of example mergers, demergers, sales of company branches, etc. - which result in a modification of the requirements as well as of the data and information acquired by GME for admission purposes.

Participants may communicate the aforementioned changes by using the appropriate form, filled in the parts of interest or by submitting equivalent documentation to GME.
