The participants concerned to use the services made available through the PIP must submit, following the instructions set forth in the Manual, the standard duly filled-in and executed.

After the positive outcome of the verification process by GME of the contract and related attached documentation, the participant will receive the credentials of access to the platform. More information on how to access and use the PIP for the publication of inside information are written the PIP User Manual.

Based on the provisions of the PIP User Manual, the participant shall:

  1. Select "Request access to PIP" ;
  2. Fill-in all parts of the online form;
  3. After compilation of the online form, select "Confirm and print contract". This feature allows the participant generating the printable pdf version of the contract, precompiled according to information filled-in online in the form;
  4. Initial and sign the PIP contract thus generated in all its parts;
  5. Print, fill-in and execute the relevant Annex (Self-Declaration affidavit made pursuant to Presidential Decree 445/2000, certifying the powers of representation of the subject executing the contract/or other documentation certifying the powers do representation);
  6. Send, in the original, the documentation referred to in paragraphs d and e, duly filled-in and executed, by registered mail with acknowledgment of receipt, courier or hand delivery to:
