Participation in the M-GO is open to all parties that are proficient in the use
of ICT systems and related security systems (or rely on ICT-proficient employees
or assistants).

in both the M-GO and the PB-GO, please select both boxes)

Participation Agreement (in the format of Annex B to the
Rules governing
the operation of the regulated market and of the platform for registration of bilaterals
of guarantees of origin). Each page of the agreement must be initialled
by the legal representative. In the agreement, the contracting party must declare
that he/she/it is aware of and accepts the Rules governing the operation of the regulated
market and of the platform for registration of bilaterals of guarantees of origin
without any condition or reservation.
The notification of admission to the M-GO qualifies the applicant as Participant.
Participants are entered into a “List of M-GO Participants”, which is posted on
the website of and managed by GME in compliance with personal data privacy legislation.
M-GO Participants are required to pay an access fee, a yearly fixed fee (every
12 months, beginning on the date of admission) and a variable fee (for details,
go to the “fees” section).
The fees will be determined on a yearly basis by GME, approved by ARERA and posted
on GME’s website. They will take effect on 1 January of the following year. The
obligation to pay the fees will cease only if the Participant submits a formal request
of exclusion from the M-GO to GME.
(ATTENTION: if a Participant is not active in the M-GO, but does not submit a formal
request of exclusion, he/she/it will be required to pay the yearly fixed fee)
The Participation Application and all the documents to be enclosed thereto should
be submitted only in the Italian language.
