GME determines the extent of the fees owed by MGAS Participants for the services that it provides. On a yearly basis, GME determines the fees applicable on 1 January of the following year (as per article 7, para. 7.3 of the Gas Market Rules) and posts them on its website.

In line with the measures introduced by art. 11, para. 1 of Legislative Decree 130/10, GME determined the extent of the fees eliminating the access fee, equal to € 7,500.00, and the yearly fixed fee, equal to € 10,000.00.

Extent of the fees

The fees referred to in article 7, para. 7.1 of the Gas Market Rules are as follows:

• access fee (on a one-time basis): € 0.00;
• yearly fixed fee: € 0.00; 
• fee for each MWh traded: € 0.01.
