With its Decision EEN 5/08 (http://www.autorita.energia.it/docs/08/005-08een.htm),
AEEG approved the Rules for registering bilateral transactions on Energy Efficiency
Certificates, as provided for in article 4, para. 1 of AEEG’s Decision 345/07
of 28 December 2007 and article 4, para. 1 of the Ministerial Decree of 21 December
2007.
