To activate the FTP and/or FTPS, the applicant must accept the general Terms and Conditions
for Use of GME’s proprietary market data (“ Terms of Use").
Please, send us the document, duly accepted and signed by the applicant, together
with a copy of his/her identity document and, if the applicant is an organisation,
with a self-certification - issued under DPR 445/00, or other document based on
which GME will carry out a substantial equivalence evaluation - certifying the powers
of representation of the signer of the application (“ Declaration of Powers of Representation”
) and with a copy of the related identity document.
The document must be sent in PDF format and digitally signed according to current legislation, via PEC to GME's Certified Electronic Mail address: gme@pec.mercatoelettrico.org.
If you do not have a certified mail address, the digitally signed document must be sent to the dedicated e-mail address: posta.gme@mercatoelettrico.org.
If, on the other hand, a digital signature certificate is not available, the document, signed in holographic form, must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document of the subscriber.
After verifying the documents received, GME will transmit the access credentials (user id, password) via email at the address indicated in the documentation by the applicant.
