This section contains information, data and documents describing the organisation and operation of GME for the fulfilment of its institutional aims.

Law no. 190 dd. November 6, 2012 on the prevention of corruption and, later, Legislative Decree no. 33 dd. March 14, 2013 reordered the obligations of publicity, transparency and disclosure of information by the public authorities as well as their subsidiaries. This section, called "Transparent Company", contains, therefore, documents, information and data on the organization and functioning of GME, for the pursuit of its institutional mission. These data are organized in accordance with the standards listed above, for the aspects applicable to the Company. It should be noted that the contents are published in the open type format in order to ensure accessibility to all. "Transparent Company" section is updated constantly.

Any personal data shown in the "Transparent Company" section of the website of Gestore dei Mercati Energetici S.p.A. are reusable only under the conditions provided by law on the reuse of public data (EU Directive 2003/98/EC and Legislative Decree no. 36/2006 transposing it), in a manner compatible with the purposes for which they were collected and recorded and in compliance with those regulations regarding the protection of personal data.
