GME entered by ACER in the list of "pre-registered RRMS" |
Please note that last June 17, 2015 GME was entered by the Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in the list of “Pre-registered RRMs” or the subjects who completed the initial phase of the accreditation process at ACER as Registered Reporting Mechanism; this inclusion is necessary to provide the service of data reporting aimed at enabling the compliance, by the participants of the market, with the obligations set out in Article 8 of REMIT as provided for in the Implementing Acts.
The news confirms the commitment of GME to offer its participants a full, flexible and efficient service of data reporting, as early as 7 October 2015 - in the manner already disclosed on its website - through a dedicated platform (PDR). Further information about the costs, terms and conditions and operating procedures will be notified shortly.
