REMIT data reporting: GME publishes the Standard Contract and PDR User Manual
In order to ensure the preventive knowable of the contractual conditions and operating procedures relating to the performance of the services made available through the PDR Platform, GME has published, on the page dedicated to the REMIT services of its website, the standard contract model for the activation of the services offered in order to fulfill the obligation of reporting set forth in Article 8 of the REMIT European Regulation (PDR Contract) in conjunction with the PDR User Manual, governing, for each of the services provided by GME, the technical requirements and operating procedures for access to and use of the platform itself.

Both documents are available for reading on the page http://www.mercatoelettrico.org/En/Monitoraggio/ComePartecipare.aspx.

The participants concerned to the activation of one or more services made available by GME through the PDR platform must complete and submit the duly signed PDR Contract to GME - published here for mere information and cognitive purposes - following the procedures specifically shown in the User Manual, which will be activated from next September 1. Therefore, with effect from September 1, 2015, those participants interested in the PDR services will send GME, as shown in the Manual, the duly signed standard contract that should specify the services that the participant intends to activate.
