GME included by ACER in the list of "Registered RRMs" |
We inform you that today GME was included by the Agency for Cooperation of Energy Regulators (ACER) in the list of "Registered RRMs", which are the entities entitled to provide the data reporting service for the fulfillment, by the market participants, of their obligations arising from Article 8 of REMIT and in accordance with the Implementing Acts.
The market participants registered with one or more of the power or gas markets of GME will have the possibility of fulfilling their obligation of data reporting towards Acer as of October 7, 2015, through GME’s services via a dedicated platform (PDR).
It should be noted that the technical, contractual and economic conditions for the provision of such services are already accessible on GME’s website, respectively, in the user manual, the standard contract and on the "fee" page of that website.
Finally, it should also be noted that, starting from September 1, 2015, the market participants may send to GME, as set forth in the Manual, the standard contract and that dedicated test sessions shall be set up before the operational start of the data reporting services. |
