In application of the provisions of article 19, paragraph 19.1 of the Electricity Market Rules regarding notification obligations for market participants, please note that, also in order to guarantee the correct and continuous trading activity on the market platform, participants are required to promptly notify GME of changes in corporate data resulting from an extraordinary corporate operation - such as, by way of example, mergers, demergers, sales of business units, etc. - which lead to a change in requirements as well as in the data and information acquired by GME for admission purposes.

Market Participants may communicate the aforementioned changes by using the appropriate form, filled in the parts of interest or by submitting equivalent documentation to GME.
