In application of the provisions of article 14, paragraph 14.1 of the PDC-oil Rules on the notification obligations of participants, please note that, also in order to guarantee the proper reporting activity through the platform, participants are required to promptly notify GME of changes in corporate data resulting from an extraordinary corporate operation - such as, by way of example, mergers, demergers, sales of business units, etc. - which lead to a change in requirements as well as in the data and information acquired by GME for admission purposes.

Market participants may communicate the aforementioned changes using the appropriate form, filled in the parts of interest or by submitting equivalent documentation to GME.
