The MLF is open to all subjects that:

• have adequate professional qualifications and are proficient in the use of Information Technology (IT) systems and related security systems;
• have not been convicted (with final judgement or with a judgement inflicting the penalty at the request of the parties) of agiotage, violation of the privacy of IT communications or computer fraud, or for fraud committed to the detriment of the State, or for the offences relating to income tax and value added tax referred to in Legislative Decree No. 74 of 10 March 2000;
• have not been previously excluded from the MLF.

For admission to the MLF, the applicant should:

1. submit a Market admission application according to the specific format annexed to the Regulations, accompanied by a copy of a personal identity document of the signer of the application, by the documents certifying that the applicant (or, where the applicant is a legal person, the legal representative) meets the above-mentioned requirements, as well as - in the event that the applicant is a legal person - the declaration certifying the powers of representation of the subject signing the application.

2. submit a Market Partecipation Contract drawn up according to the specific standard annexed to the Regulations, initialled on each page by the applicant (in the case of a legal entity by the legal representative or the person with the necessary powers of representation), by which the applicant declares to know and to accept, without any conditions or reservations, the MLF Regulations.

The notification of admission to the MLF qualifies the applicant as MLF Participant. MLF Participants are entered into the “Register of MLF Participants”, which is held by GME in compliance with personal data privacy legislation.

The Market admission application format and all the other documents to be enclosed thereto should be submitted only in the Italian version.
