PCE Participants are required to pay fees for the services provided by Gestore dei Mercati Energetici SpA (GME). The extent of the fees is proposed by GME, approved by AEEG (Autorità per l’Energia Elettrica e il Gas – electricity & gas regulator) and published on GME’s website (under article 7, para. 7.3 of the PCE Rules)

The following fees were successfully verified by the Director of Markets of AEEG, as per Resolution of 5 Apr. 2007.

- PCE access fee (on a one-time basis): € 1,000

- yearly fixed fee: € 0.00

- fee for each MWh underlying the registered transactions: 0.02 €/MWh

PCE Participants that are at the same time Electricity Market Participants are not required to pay GME the access fee and the yearly fixed fee
