For the supply of goods and services needed to meet business needs, GME shall apply Legislative Decree 50/2016 as subsequently amended and integrated (Public Contracts Code) in compliance with the principles of legality, free competition, non-discrimination, transparency, proportionality, advertising and economy in the selection of its suppliers.

Parties wishing to participate in the award procedures organised by GME are invited to consult the notices published in the specific e-procurement platform.
