Market Access

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

All parties mentioned in article 18, para. 18.1 of Annex A to ARERA Resolution 111/06, updated by ARERA Resolution 345/2023/R/eel, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and meeting the requirements set forth in the Rules Governing the Forward Account Registration Platform (PCE Rules), can be admitted to the PCE.

In order to be admitted to the PCE, these parties must submit to GME, by ordinary mail or courier or certified e-mail:

1. the Admission Application, according to the form attached to the PCE Rules, with a copy of a personal identity document of the signer;
2. the Participation Agreement, according to the form attached to the PCE Rules, signed by the legal representative;
3. if the party requesting admission to the PCE is a legal person, a declaration made pursuant to Decree no. 445 of the President of the Republic of 28 December 2000, certifying the signer powers of representation.

With the admission decision, the applicant is recognised as a PCE Participant.
