In order to be admitted to the PAR, these parties shall:

1. submit a Participation Application, according to the template defined in the Annex to the Regulation of the PAR, accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document of the subscriber of the same application and, in the event that the applicant is a legal person, by the declaration certifying the powers of representation of the subscriber of the application.

2. Sign a Participation Agreement, drawn up according to the template defined in the Annex to the Regulation of the PAR, and initialed by the by the applicant (in the case of a legal person by the legal representative or by party with the necessary powers of representation) on each page, by which the contractor declares to know and accept, without any condition or reservation, the Regulation of the PAR.

With the admission decision, the applicant is granted the status of participant. Participants admitted to the PAR are included in a special "List of participants admitted to the PAR" held and managed by GME, also in compliance with the legislation regarding the confidentiality of personal data.
