BLOCKING/UNBLOCKING TEE

With a view to enabling the parties referred to in the Ministerial Decree of 28 Dec. 2012 to utilise their Energy Efficiency Certificates (TEE) as collateral for their obligations towards institutions financing their energy-saving projects, GME developed an operational procedure for the "blocking/unblocking" of TEE.
