26/05/2009 Deferred compliance with articles 8.4 and 8.6 of AEEG's Decision ARG/elt 115/08 In accordance with the notice that we received from AEEG’s Department of Markets on 25 May 2009, concerning some operators' inability to meet the original time limit of 1 June 2009 for submitting into the PDE the data referred to in article 8, paras. 8.4 and 8.6 of the “TIMM”, we inform you that said time limit has been deferred to 1 October 2009.
