GME informs Market Participants that, with its resolution 118/2024/R/eel of 2 April 2024, Autorità per Energia, Reti e Ambiente (Regulatory Authority for Energy, Networks and Environment – ARERA) approved urgent amendments to the Local Flexibility Market Regulations. GME had made the amendments under article 3, para. 3.5 of the same Regulations with a view to introducing into the MLF the additional features required for the start of trading on the Local Spot Flexibility Market (MLP-Flex). As is known, the amendments entered into force on 19 March 2024 upon their publication on GME’s website.
GME also informs that, with its resolution 117/2024/R/eel of 2 April 2024, ARERA approved the MindFlex pilot project of the DSO Unareti S.p.A. under which Unareti may resort to the MLF to procure local ancillary services.
