Merger of BPS and BPER: changes to Bank Account details and instructions for submitting Guarantees and related updates

Following the news published on 20 March 2026, Participants are hereby informed that, following the merger between Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A. and BPER Banca S.p.A., as of today April 20^th, 2026, BPER Banca S.p.A. will take over Banca Popolare di Sondrio S.p.A. as the institution selected for GME’s treasury services.

Hence, in order to ensure the correct process of payments and posting of cash deposits on GME’s markets and platforms, the new bank account details, available on GME’s website, are as follows:

Please also be informed that, together with the abovementioned changes, the new versions of the TEE, GO, and CIC Technical Rules, adapted accordingly, enter into force today with their publication on GME’s website, as indicated below.

The updated versions of the Technical Rule n. 01 MTEE, 03 P-GO e 03 MCIC (i.e. DTF n. 01 Rev. 06 MTEE, DTF n. 03 Rev. 05 P-GO e DTF n. 03 Rev. 04 MCIC) replace the previous versions published on GME’s website.
