IMPLEMENTATION OF A DISCIPLINARY MEASURE FOR VIOLATION OF THE OPERATION RULES OF THE MARKET FOR ENERGY EFFICIENCY CERTIFICATES
Pursuant to Article 41 of the Rules of operation of the market for energy efficiency certificates, Gestore dei mercati energetici S.p.A announces that, on February 10, 2015, pursuant to Article 39, Paragraph 39.1, Sub-paragraph b), of the Rules of operation of the market for energy efficiency certificates, took the disciplinary measure of suspension from Market for energy efficiency certificates (MTEE) for 3 (three) trading sessions against an operator of the MTEE. The above applies from the date of implementation of the above-mentioned disciplinary measures for violation of Article 37, Paragraph 37.1, Sub-paragraph f), of the Rules of operation of the market for energy efficiency certificates, due to the behavior of this operator that supply no response to the requests made by GME, as per Articles 20, Paragraph 20.1 and Article 38, Paragraph 38.4, of the Rules, in respect of an alleged failure to issue invoices to another operator, i.e. the counterpart of some transactions concluded in the MTEE.
